Players,

Summer training begins June 10^th. Athletes can come in and train all summer long at GC to get ready for the next school year.  Incoming freshmen can attend the workouts as well but they must complete the freshman weight room orientation session before they can begin workouts with the current students. They can register online at: https://www.olgchs.org/page.cfm?p=3177&LockSSL=true. There are 3 freshman orientation sessions for the first three weeks of the summer and after that they must wait until the fall to start training at GC.  Each of the sessions will consist of speed/agility training and weight training. The schedule for the current athletes are as follows:

Monday

7-9am: Olympic Sports (everyone except football)

9-11:30: Football

11:30-1:30: Freshman Weight Room Orientation

4:00-6:30: Football 

Tuesday

9-11:30: Football

11:30-1:30: Freshman Weight Room Orientation

Wednesday

7-9am: Olympic Sports

11:30-1:30: Freshman Weight Room Orientation

Thursday

7-9am: Olympic Sports (everyone except football)

9-11:30: Football

11:30-1:30: Freshman Weight Room Orientation

4:00-6:30: Football

Friday

9-11:30: Football

Workouts will run until August 8^th and there will be an adjustment to the schedule on the week of the 4^th of July and I will send that out as we get closer. Coach Saar
